Building a global customer education program traditionally requires a full team of writers, designers, instructional designers, and program managers. But what happens when you're tasked with building it all from scratch as a team of one?

In this session, Jess Katz (Senior Customer Education Manager at Forter) shares how she built a scalable customer education engine across a complex multi-product platform by developing a system of specialized AI agents trained to support different parts of the education workflow.

Rather than treating AI as a simple content generator, Jess approached it as an operating model. By training role-based agents across multiple AI platforms, she built a system that produces high-quality help center content, video tutorials, and foundational academy materials at scale while preserving accuracy, brand voice, and product alignment.
