Professional Bio
I’m a seasoned Learning Experience Designer (LXD) with over a decade of experience in training and instructional design in the SaaS and higher education industries. Based in Clarksville, Tennessee (near Nashville), I work remotely with my two feline assistants, Marzipan and Belle.
With a background as a college educator, instructional designer, and writing consultant, I transitioned into learning experience design and customer education in 2021. Since then, I’ve been passionate about creating engaging, out-of-the-box training resources that guide customers throughout their learning journey and help them overcome business challenges.
Currently on the Digital CX & Education team at UserTesting, I lead content strategy and oversee development and maintenance of our on-demand courses and Knowledge Base.
