CEdMA AWARD PROGRAM

CONGRATULATIONS TO STEVE RICHEY OF NETAPP - WINNER OF THE 2011 CEDMA INNOVATION AWARD!

At the Fall 2011 CEdMA Conference networking dinner, CEdMA recognized the most recent winner of our CEdMA Innovation Award - Steve Richey of NetApp.  Steve led the implementation of a highly scalable new learning platform for NetApp, which made it dramatically easier for NetApp employees to find and access training information, both through formal training made available in diverse content formats, as well as leveraging information exchange through multiple social media tools.  The application has been widely adopted at NetApp, and is now a focal point in the rollout of all training programs and corporate initiatives worldwide.  Congratulations Steve, and NetApp!

The submission period for the 2012 CEdMA Impact and Service awards will open in the early part of next year.  

Started in 2010, the CEdMA award program recognizes the excellent work of our members.  There are currently awards for innovation, business impact, and service to CEdMA, and other awards may be added in the future.  Winners receive a great award plaque, a press release touting their achievement to every technical training related media outlet we can find, and are reimbursed for their full conference registration.  CEdMA members do a lot of brilliant work, and the world should know!
