We are pleased to announce submissions for the 2019 CEdMA Impact Award are now open!

One of the toughest questions a training organization faces is what impact your efforts had.
Sure, you create a lot of materials, train a lot of people, but does it make a difference for your organization?  For your company?  Was it definitely the training organization that made the difference, rather than numerous other factors?  And did the impact justify the investment that was made in the organization?

The CEdMA Impact Award seeks to recognize a CEdMA member who demonstrates excellence both in the impact they and their organization have, as well as their ability to clearly prove that impact.

The prestigious Impact Award recognizes a project completed within the last 12 months that produced quantified impact resulting in clear return on investment for your organization. Return can be measured by financial impact as well as customer satisfaction, or retention rate. View past award recipients on our site.

A good application clearly shows how the impact was measured, in a way that could be adopted and adapted by other CEdMA members. Please share with us your impactful projects from 2018/2019!

Download the application here.

A good application must reflect actual executed projects, not just ideas; you must have reached a results stage. Submission should be about a recent or current project, completed or in process in 2018/2019.

We will announce this award in April 2019. The winner is invited to present their impactful project for all members to learn and benefit, during the next Training Leadership Conference.

  • Complete the application and email to marketing@cedma.org no later than 5pm (PST) on March 18, 2019
  • Email marketing@cedma.org with any questions about the application or process.

We look forward to your application!
