While serving as Director of Ellucian Global Education Services (2/15-7/17), Melissa optimized the customer and partner enablement division resulting in dramatic improvements to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, financial success, learning experiences, and employee engagement. Melissa and her team were the proud winners of the CEdMA 2017 Impact award.
Melissa resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with her husband and two little boys. When she isn’t spending time with family you can find her enjoying the outdoors, reading, or getting centered during a good yoga class.
